Order Processing


FXRXPLXY processes orders Monday – Saturday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST. 



Shipping Policy


Orders placed during processing hours that are marked for shipping will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Monday – Saturday after 7:00 pm or on Sunday will be processed the next day and shipped within 2-3 business days.

During the summer, orders will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday (possibly Thursday) to prevent any candles being damged due to the heat. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  


Exchange Policy


FXRXPLXY does not offer exchanges at this time. 



Return Policy


All purchases are final and may not be returned unless the item you received is damaged or defective, or if your order was improperly filled. 


All returns are made in accordance with the following terms:


  • A FXRXPLXY store credit for the initial purchase price will be issued for all returns.  
  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • FXRXPLXY does not provide return labels; you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s).  (It is recommended that you keep proof of shipping and a tracking number as FXRXPLXY is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.)
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Should you need to return item(s) you received damaged or defective, or if your order was improperly filled, you must report the issue to fxrxplxycandles.bigcartel.com within 2 business days of delivery.  If you do not report the issue within 2 days of delivery, you will not be able to return the items.
